Do not ask yes or no questions.  Unless you want a yes or no answer.  Keep your questions open ended and get your respondants talking.

Good Question:  "The first half of the game you were struggling, what happened differently in the second half of the game that kept your team in the game?"

Bad Question: Do you feel that your team performed well tonight?
